"There are literally not enough words to describe how thankful we are to have found Roberta. I don't know how we could have gone through my mother-in-law's move without her. In addition to having to downsize from a large house to a small apartment in a nursing home, my mother-in-law had no energy to help due to cancer. Roberta stepped in and took charge so that my husband and I (who were not local) didn't have to worry about a thing. Roberta thought of everything, carefully went through every item in the house, trying to do as much as she could without involving my mother-in-law. She organized, sorted, packed, donated, and even went above and beyond, bringing food she thought my mother-in-law (who had lost her appetite) might like to eat. In addition to the packing, Roberta came to the new apartment which was a couple hours away and helped us unpack. She made this very stressful time in our lives as stress-free as possible."

Detailed planning
The process begins with an assessment of your relocation needs. Based on this we'll determine the services you require. We collaborate with you to establish a detailed plan and schedule for the move. This phase includes setting the move date, outlining the plan leading up to that date and addressing any specific concerns or requests.

Sorting & Packing
We help you determine what to keep, discard, and contribute through donation. You can select a charity of your choice or choose from our listed partner organizations below. Professional packers will use appropriate materials to ensure the safety of your belongings during transit. Fragile and valuable items may receive special attention, and labeling is done to facilitate organized unpacking.

Transport
On the scheduled move day, inventory lists are used to keep track of items during the loading process. The move may involve multiple stops, and the transportation process is managed according to the agreed-upon schedule. Upon arrival, the moving team will unload your possessions in the designated areas of your new home. An inventory check is conducted to ensure all items arrive safely.

Unpacking & Post-Move Support
Our packing team assists with the unpacking process, placing items in their designated rooms and disposing of packing materials. We ensure that you are satisfied with the placement of your belongings and address any additional needs or concerns. Guidance may be provided to help you settle into your new space. We offer post-move support to address any issues or additional services you may require after the relocation.
